You can easily manage the whole purchasing area in this module. The contact person search already seen in the basic module is extended here to an item search. Using this, by inputting specific search terms, you can very easily locate one or several suppliers and, for example, trigger an order via this channel.
In order to determine the most cost-effective price for an item, you can either use single or multiple requests. In the case of multiple requests, you ask several suppliers about different items. As part of this process, an automated email is sent. All characteristics of the email, such as the subject, text, etc., can be adapted to each supplier.
